If there's one episode among the later ones that shows that I'm more and more gearing towards an action-RPG style battle system, it's this episode. While still turn based, I was loving the ideas of characters being able to perform combos (in a more simplified manner, like the "Tales of" series, with a bit of fighting game control logic mixed in) during battle. This is of course, hard to pull off for a turn based battle system, but it's possible to make it work out. Again though, it really didn't matter at the end here.
I like how quick the thugs are to replace the previous unit moments after Nuke and Cybie obliterate the previous wave.
And as you can see with the quip space, I was loving the new battle system menu to the point of which I was messing around with it in the quip space too.
